Community History: “From Public Input:

“”Looking at 1950 census records, I noticed Mt Ebo school used as a landmark such as ½ mile from Ebo. I found a map that references Woodrow Church and Long Branch School and the census record Mt Ebo. The names on the census match historical residency. There is mention of Spooner road, shown on the map as N Gaines Rd. The land owner before the current owner was Eddie Gaines. The road crosses Cedar Creek from Shiloh Road to Walter Hoffman Road formerly called New Hope. The descendants of many named on these papers are my neighbors and owned the land I now call my home.””
