Community History: “I’m a veteran and we usually do the placement of the wreath at the Edinburg cemetery. A Kiwanis’s member created an app to locate all veterans. In this process we came to the black cemetery and some of the graves have no names. There’s a wooden sign with several names. I invite you to come over and discern the status of this black cemetery.”
