Community History: There are 2 cemeteries in Earlywine. The Harris Spring Cemetery and the Providence Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery. Both appear to be African American Cemeteries. Also, the only birth records for the area 1903 – 1909 are for Black children. Could this be a Freedom Colony?
