Community History: A couple of months ago, I took note of an obituary in the paper for a Ms. Lugean Maxwell Brown. She was born in 1927 in a little community outside of Georgetown called Rocky Hollow. I wondered if this was a Freedom Colony. I didn’t see it in the atlas, but wanted to share what I found.
